PRELUDE :

She Always used to tell " There s only one difference between u n Achilles " [ !! ] ..I reply teasingly " ya..Achilles had a Beautiful Gal friend Briseis n I dont " But she meant another thing n I got it now. So is there any Difference btw both now ??

Its good to ve a Punjab Friend . She gifted me a sword [ Though its not a direct gift ..hope u understand gal :-) ] Thanks a Lot Gal n just wanna tell u something.I loved two things to ve Right from my childhood but never Got it. One s a sword n the other thing s a Lighter ,not that plastic one the silver lighter which ignites when we twist it. But u know those things u dont get from ur parents even after u r grown up .:) so i'm very much impressed with ur gift . Thanks a Lot .





V shared loads of good times n good times alone, v were so busy in wasting time like each seeing their kinda movies n then discussing about it then Tennis [ u Rafa side n Me FedEx side ] reviews, which food good in which Restaurant n so on that actually V dint ve time to Fight or speak about College
gossips Like others do . V made a Good example of how to waste time in Medical college when all others where running around books .

That Final prep schedule is the outstanding part of our combination , everyone started their prep a month ahead of us but v waited For 2010 Newyr to start ..again v said New Yr eve s to enjoy so from tomo ,then 2 nd d sat , then 3 rd is sunday ..somehow v started our prep later that week n went at our own [ tortoise ] pace , but It made no diff ..exam results were not based on prep ..LOL ..So atleast v could say that v enjoyed our Final yr without any stress or tension in contrast to some dumbs who dint even watch a single film or went outings for last 3 months saying Its Exam Period .

And i also remember the First yr Anatomy Record cheating v did ..:P .We were the last two who dint get completion for the record .It was a situation , I reacted to it by signing prof signature in my Record n thought poor gal whats she s Gonna do. U proved u r worser than me by submitting the record plainly without Getting completion n even without completing it .. No one found it n v both got through it .It became a Habit the v did the same thing in second n third yr records also.

Most of the time I 'm sick of ur verbal Diarrhea.. n couldnt catch with ur speed .. [Ha.Ha ]

We had a great time for past 5 yrs n Hope v would be the same for the rest of the yrs too..

1. I dont need to say that prelude s a lie .. My readers r intelligent Enough !!

2 .I always hate Gifts n i think gift means "Reciprocating Transfer Of Goods " Its
always has a Expecting n demanding side . No wonder thats the Reason Y dont get Girl Friends.

EMRI 1-0-8

Had my first experience with 108 .I didnt fumble this much even when my GF's mom picked
her mobile n said "Hello" .So this s what happened ..




Staff nurse came to me n said a critical case in our ward n she must be referred to Higher centre Immediately,I Examined n went to call 1-0-8. Actually I was attending other patients in between when the Ring was going ,my thought was,its like other toll free number someone ll give a warm intro n explain details to proceed. But i was surprised just after Hello the voice asked who r u ,Reason for calling , what kinda illness, emergency ?, Do u ve any other ambulance nearby .. I started to fumble bcos i was not prepared with case details ,so slowly i began to speak with intro that i'm a Doc[actually House surgeon] from this place ,then as I know How To Explain about emergency i started to say "Post dated labour, no pain ,needs intervention in Higher centre , Probably Emergency cesarean " [was wondering what would i ve told if i'm a Non-medico] ..the voice was more than convinced n asked the detail , again did my next mistake , i answered v r calling from pathamdai ..the voice inquired to which Taluk it belongs, then which District ,tell me the route to reach dere . Again slowly answered but really dint know the route to reach there bcos I'm new to that place . After that the voice said
give ur mobile no,then keep ur mobile switched on our Ambulance Dept ll call u .Somehow ended the call .. Then again explained things to Ambulance Dept..

But u must give all credits to them, within 10 mins they were in Hosp showing me some form to Fill ..Again took time to understand it ,but its nothing just a form about patient details,then were u want to shift them , reason , patients general condition n Referral signature [ I think general public dont need to fill those papers ] At last everything ended smoothly ..




EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT & RESEARCH INSTITUTE s a very successful
program in health care.. EMRI s a govt aided private program n the Ambulance has all the Emergency facilities . But some ppl exploit it .. patient
with very minor ailment like insect bite , a small abrasions , just exaggerating pain as MI [Heart attack ] ..I ve even heard some ppl use it to avoid Taxi expense in reaching hospital. Its not that these ppl exploiting EMRI alone , they r cheating Govt ,wasting peoples money ..such ppl must think, that even in any High traffic people give way to EMRI ambulance, then Traffic Police alter the signal so that ambulance goes first, above all they must think when EMRI van crosses how many people pray to their GOD that the man inside must make to hosp in time n Get well soon .So pls dont cheat n play with People's Love ,its already reaching Drought state ur attitude ll just make it a End game.

The reason for this post is ,few things look very simple n ordinary that v dont intend to know about it. Like always "Small Things matter the Most " . So if u ever gonna make a call to 1-0-8 just remember few things

- be precise
- explain the need
- tell them the place with details of Route [ FYI : all calls of 1-0-8 goes to
chennai,so ppl in other districts shud explain along with their district
name ]
- give them an active mobile no.
- When they ask u to sign in dont hesitate , it got nothing to do
with Police case or adding u as witness.

Cigarette ...Attitude .

So most people would ve noticed this in shop.Cigar packets comes with pictorial

warning to reduce smoking . I am not hear to explain the hazards or

how to quit smoking. I got a simple thought while seeing this images .. I feel

these images dont convey any positive effects to smokers .. these images r

fearsome n gives a stomach brawling effect when

u r in shop looking at cigar packs .Also says " SMOKING KILLS "



So my view s , it gives still more guilty feel to ppl who smoke nothing else.

The other thing s that it shows that ppl who smoke ll die of cancer.. Its absurd .

There r concrete evidence that not all smokers get cancer.. the most imp effect

of smoking s that it affects the Quality of ur Life.. thats what everryone got to

understand n not just telling u ll get cancer again again ..

smoking causes still worser

effects n its a imp risk factor for Myocardial Infarction[heart attack] , TAO ,

stroke , COPD .. especially passive smokers like child , pregnant

woman etc etc.. so those smokers must realize their habit s spoiling the entire

family n general health .. For that they shud get a Positive attitude n must

give up smoking understanding thats its for the overall family welfare.. The way

these pics depicts s an old method of saying if u tell lies god ll make u blind..


On the Other hand u got to see those US , Canada n other country warnings

... they try to explain u the facts about smoking n give their warning in a

positive way .. even the colour they use is GREEN in contrast v use red . so these

images seems more like a medical advice n encourages to reduce n slowly

quit smoking .

Just telling " smoking kills " s noway gonna help to reduce the smokers among

smoking population.



P.S :

But US cigarette costs Rs 8 .. so if u cant afford that much buy Indian

cigarettes n ask the shopkeeper to pack it in US cigar boxes .. It gives 2 positive

effects 1. Respect when u take cigar pack in front of others ..

2. Also vaguely u can take a resolution this is my last cigarette.. !!
